hasbro announces my little pony project 2012, curated by sweet streets

"Ponygiest" by Kevin Marburg

Hasbro announced the My Little Pony project 2012 today on facebook. Curated by Sweet Streets, the project is a charitable art exhibition inspired by My Little Pony. This exhibit series launches May 5th, 2012 at Toy Art Gallery and will showcase 18" inch My Little Pony figures by international fine artists, including Sweet Streets artists. On a personal note, I can't thank Hasbro enough for this opportunity, and Thunderdog Studios for creating the legacy of the My Little Pony Project. Our goal is to live up to it and do a lot of good will. We look forward to sharing more information in the coming weeks.

For now, here's some progress photos from the artists.
